Pumpable resin system

This optional system is fast and highly reliable, it supports Rebar, Self drilling (SDB) and Hollow bar bolt types.The process is monitored and automatically controlled from inside the cabin. Only the required amount of resin to fill the drilled hole is used.

Wireless angle control system

The system provides accurate drilling angle information for both drilling and bolting
purposes, displaying real-time feed angle data directly on the operator’s screen
inside the cabin. It operates on battery power and connects via Bluetooth® to the drill’s user interface for seamless integration and ease of use.

Drill bit changer

Drill a full round, without leaving the cab to manually change the bit, with Sandvik's patented drill bit changer available through automation upgrade package. Reduce dependency on bit life while drilling and improve operator safety by limiting the time they spend in front of the drill.

Resin capsules injection system

This option uses resin capsules as bolting mechanism improving safety and enabling faster cycle time in the rock support process. Capsules are injected into the end of the hole through a chamber located on the right entrance of the cabin or on the front right mudguard.

Digital Driller™

Through simulation, operators develop skills fully from basic boom movements and manual drilling operations using various training scenarios.
