Sandvik schließt die Übernahme von Tricon ab

Sandvik hat die bereits angekündigte Übernahme des australischen Unternehmens Tricon Drilling Solutions Pty. Ltd. abgeschlossen, einem Anbieter von Gesteinswerkzeugen für die Bergbauindustrie.

Tricon hat seinen Hauptsitz in Perth, Westaustralien, und beschäftigt 23 Mitarbeiter. Tricon wird Teil der Division Rock Tools innerhalb des Geschäftsbereichs Sandvik Mining and Rock Solutions und wird als unabhängige, eigenständige Geschäftseinheit innerhalb der Division Rock Tools operieren.
