Centrevo® Report application

Level up your operational efficiency with our Centrevo® Report application.

The Report application is used by the Sandvik representatives to help us, in a structured way, identify areas of improvement and target actions to increase productivity and operational efficiency together with our customers. In the app users can create rock tools cards, customer visits, and site review reports, all designed to help our customers get new insights on how to further improve rock tools performance in their operations.

Rock tools report card

The rock tools report card is used to document discards, failures, product issues or claims. The ambition is to identify the failure code and/or root cause, and the potential solutions to avoid future problems.​

Customer visit report

In the customer visit report Sandvik representatives can create and save information, meeting notes and action points to share with both customers and internal stakeholders in a professional and standardized way.

Site review report

The site review report is used to document the current state and continuous improvements for customer operations. The site reviews create transparency in compliance, operations, safety and sustainability. The standardized reports can be shared with both customers and internal stakeholders.

By incorporating the Report app, and serialized bits, we can paint a picture of the full lifecycle of a bit.
