The DSI Hollow Bar System is a versatile, self-drilling solution for ground control in both underground and civil engineering applications. It combines drilling, flushing, grouting, and anchoring in one efficient system, making it ideal for challenging ground conditions.

The new pumpable resin package for Dual Controls enhances bolt installation, giving operators full control in challenging ground. It’s fully compatible with Versabolt™ for dynamic conditions, as well as DSI Hollow Bar System / Self-Drilling Bolts, and Resin Roof Bolts.

Safety, quality and productivity were the pillars in the development of this new product offering, ensuring optimal performance. Featuring Mineral Bolt pumpable resin, the set-up supports self-drilling bolts (SDB) and hollow bar bolts (HBB), as available from the DSI Hollow Bar System. The option is also available for Sandvik DS512i machines, as a custom order.

Mineral Bolt technology for demanding ground conditions

The Mineral Bolt resin is engineered for demanding ground conditions. Compatible with Sandvik Dual Controls’ new pumpable resin system and manual injection, it cures fast and performs consistently—making bolting safer and faster underground.
