Friction Bolts are manufactured from high strength steel tube which has a slot along its entire length. A ring, or collar, is welded on the outer end to hold a domed plate to the rock surface.

Versatile installation and testing
The Ø39 mm bolt is compatible with handheld rock drills and can be load tested using a special ring and hydraulic jack for reliable performance verification.

Enhanced durability
Optional hot-dip galvanizing offers added corrosion protection, and bolts can be paired with Ø47 mm types for mesh pinning applications.
