LSC™ 元件

衬砌应力控制元件(LSC™)是一种延性支撑构件,专为控制隧道施工中软弱地层的应力诱发变形而设计。
该复合构件安装于主隧道衬砌的纵向施工缝处,能在结构损伤发生前吸收地层位移并释放应力。

系统描述


LSC™元件的设计承载能力低于主隧道衬砌,使其能在衬砌达到临界应力水平前吸收显著变形。
每个系统由多个置于坚固底板间的屈服元件构成,这些底板固定组件位置并将荷载均匀传递至衬砌。屈服元件在工厂制造时经过精密设计,通过控制缺陷在超载条件下引发可预测的变形。
