Sandvik schließt die Übernahme von DSI Underground ab

Sandvik hat die bereits angekündigte Übernahme von DSI Underground abgeschlossen. DSI Underground ist der weltweit führende Anbieter von Produkten, Systemen und Lösungen zur Bodenabstützung und Bewehrung für den Untertagebau und Tunnelbau.

Im Jahr 2020 erzielte DSI Underground einen Umsatz von rund 516 Mio. EUR (ohne die vier Joint Ventures, die Teil der Akquisition sind) und eine vorläufige EBIT-Marge von ca. 200 Basispunkten, die die Marge von Sandvik Mining and Rock Solutions beeinflusst unter Einbindung des Kaufpreises. Der Kaufpreis beläuft sich auf ca. 943 Mio. EUR auf einer Basis frei von Barmitteln und Schulden. Die Auswirkungen auf den Gewinn pro Aktie von Sandvik werden leicht positiv sein. DSI Underground hat rund 2.000 Mitarbeiter.

DSI Underground wird den neuen Geschäftsbereich „Ground Support“ von Sandvik Mining and Rock Solutions bilden.
